I'd go with creatine mono, especially if it's your first time using creatine. It's also a lot cheaper.

All I'll say is that I really liked Cellmass and I saw a lot of change and inc. in strength. However, my opinion is slightly biased b/c I don't like mono a whole lot. Hope this helps.

I would go with mono due to the price compared to Cellmass. If you are looking for a creatine formula, I would look at Size On or Green Magnitude.

I've used Cellmass and it's a good product for sure! However, I'd still go with monohydrate since IMO it's just as effective and the price is great.

x2
Mono gave me terrible bloat, while I experienced none with CEE
CellMass kept me "hard" the whole 2 cycles I used it...I swear by it, seriously
I am on Pump, now, which is CEE and others and while not as noticeable as CM I can tell it's present (maintenance).
