serious mass aint that great...but mhp's supplements are some of the most reliable ive used...up your mass powder and bars have worked well for me...i really trust mhp's stuff cuz they focus more on the nutrition part of bodybuilding with their 45/35/20....45% of ur calories from carbs 35% from protein and 20% from fat

I use serious mass, its very good (except for the taste, i got vanilla). Serious mass, I think, is the best gainer available (very low fat + cholesterol and a lot of calories)
Calories 1250
Calories from Fat 40
Total Fat 4.5 g 7%
Saturated Fat 3 g 15%
Cholesterol 75 mg 25%
Total Carbohydrate 252 g 84%
Sugars 40 g
Protein 50 g 100%
I take 1/2 a serving every day. Commercial weight gainers get a bad rap but to me its worth the 20 bucks to be able to add a scoop of powder to a drink in a few seconds instead of taking 20mins to add a grocery list of items in a blender and still not have the amount of calories as commercial.
Just my opinion.You have to put yourself first or people will put you second.
