Gain 1kg 2-4 Pounds a Week?
is it possible to gain that much?
Do anyone have any advice or do you know where i can download a Plan that will make me gain that much a week.
If so maybe i Could gain 25kg in 25weeks.
Help please.

The most weight I have gained in a short amount of time was 40 lbs. in 4 months. I was eating everything in sight and went from 147 lbs. to 186 lbs. It was a combo of muscle and fat tho.
