Had to work before workout today which is out of the ordinary for me and may have contributed to lack of energy.

1:00pm Epistane 10mg, Milk Thistle, Saw Palmetto, Grape Seed

Machine Front Squat: 450x6
Leg Extension: 120x12 followed by individual 80x6
Str. Leg Dead: 135x12
Machine Leg Curl: 80x10
Abnormal workout for me. Usually I'm more free less machine but I was at a different gym with two new workout partners. I can say that my muscles seemed to fatigue ALOT less quickly than normal. Doubt it had anything to do with pill 1.
