Post Phera-Plex/ SuperDrol Cycle&Log

Hello,

Started a PP/SD cycle 2 days ago. Posted log in wrong sections, so here I am now. This is a 5 week cycle with week 3 acting as a bridge between Phera-Plex and Superdrol.

Starting weight : 251lbs.
Cals per day : About 3840

Week1 Phera-Plex 20mg
Week2 Phera-Plex 30mg
Week3 Phera-Plex 20mg / Superdrol 20mg
Week4 Superdrol 30mg
Week5 Superdrol 30mg

Hey monster hows it going. Im on a phera-plex cycle too. Just mines a Pp only. I can see you used the cycle from the Pp writeup. I hope it works well for you. Im about 5 days in and 2.5lb heavier, so this stuff does seem like the real deal. Also im still on 10mg. Ive been thinking of boosting it up to 20mg. Once i see how it turns out for you it will give me an idea to boost or not. Post the effects 20mg gives you when you get a chance. Ok i just noticed your still on your first day, sorry.

No problem man.

Actaully I'm on my 2nd day. My 1st day was yesterday at 10mg, I took 20 mg today. I feel a slight tightness, but I think it's a tad soon to jump to conclusions. I feel good right now, but I'll post up some #'s after todays workout.

Post Day #2

Hello,

I took 20mg today and still have yet to feel anything special. I did notice I got some muscle soreness setting in from workouts I did a few days prior...I thought that was rather odd. Like I said, I have an outline for dosage, but if day #5 rolls around and I don't feel something, I'm upping the dosage again. Today was legs and that went really well. I weighed in at 252.3 lbs. I'm not putting too much stock into that gain though...not yet.

Front Squats
Leg Presses
Leg extentions

Also, I forgot to post my PCT. My PCT are all the items in the front. Giant ATD is not in there...left it at my grandmas.

HOLY COW!!!

I had to get up and report this. While I was in the gym tonight I didn't feel anything at all. I was laying down and it all just hit me like a ton of bricks.
Pressure all over my body, like I was swelling like a water balloon. Similar to the pumps I felt on SD, but a LOT stronger. I didn't even think that was possible.

I've got to be honest, I don't know how you gain weight at all. 3840 calories would barely be enough for me to make solid muscle gains and I weigh 180 or so. Your bmr alone should be approaching 3200, which means that your rmr has got to be 4000, at least. You should be eating 5000-6000 calories per day.

Yeah, i take in about 3,400 calories and i only gain .5 lb a day. I also think at your weight you should bump up the calories. Im not sure if you weigh yourself at the same time everyday(morning), but the 2.5 lb jump you had seems pretty significant.

I'm glad you said something. I created this new thread becasue my last one was in the wrong spot. I didn't copy it right. I meant to say my caloric intake was at LEAST 3840. Meaning this # came from adding up all my meal, but didn't include any of the snacks I eat during the day, nor the baked potato I eat during dinner(since I dont know how much thats worth). I didn't want to guess at the caloric worth of those item and risk putting up falty numbers.But for snacks I'm always eating jerky, peanuts, or pop-tarts in between meals. When I get home from shopping I usually take all the pop-tarts outta the box and trash the box, and I didn't bother looking at the calories on it.

I prolly eat about 4 pop-tarts a day, and about 3 packs of peanuts, and 4 jerky sticks or so. So if anyonw is willing to take a guess for me, I'd say that worth well over 4000 in total I think...no?

I haven't stopped taking my thunder either. People tell me I should save it, but I figured..I got more than enough of everything, no need to hold back.

Post Day #3

Dosage: 20mg

Sides : None so far, but have a forshadowing suspiscion.

Hello folks, you can see my weight has gone up even more. I'm not so sure it's all lean mass though. Personally I think I still look the same, but anway that not my main concern. Today was my chest workout, and midway through the lifts I decided to go for a max, becasue I felt "different". i was going to for 450 with a spot from my brother. I busted out 450...3 TIMES! The feeling was strange. It was like I gave my all the 1st rep, but felt rejouvinated right after it was over.

Bad news though...I'm starting to see how taking these kinds of anaboics can get you hurt in the gym. They allow you to push to level that you normaly could not get to. After that set I swore to god I thought I tore something...agony from my left peck. I pulled the shirt back it was already turning purple.

And that's not even what has me worried...

On the ride home I was medatating (don't laugh at me ) My brother was driving, and I do this to relax my body, I think it helps with recovery. Anyway, I noticed something...I felt a dull ache in my peck..close to the nipple area. Maybe I'm freaking out and it's just the pain from the workout, but I dunno...it's got me worried.

For those of you who don't know, I had pubertal gyno that I managed to get rid of during my last SD cycle ( don't ask me how or why, I dunno). It's feel so good to have it gone, but I know one of the risks of using PP is that I can have GYNO side effects. Since I'm prone to it, I'm worried it's going to come back. Maybe I'm just paranoid...I'll give it a few more day to find out for sure.

If this IS the case...I'll start mega dosing my ATD at 100mg before bed every night...see if that helps.

Are you sure you didnt just pull your pec? Sometimes when i go really heavy i may pull a pec, resulting in no further use the rest of the workout, and it stays sore a few days. That only happens when im either not warmed up, or i when i have a really hard pec contraction.

Yea...its just strained. I said I "coulda swore" Sure as hell felt like it. No damage done though...I'm straight.

Hello folks, as you can see there are some sides to report. No point in going into detail, I think the lists speaks for itself. Pain killers have become my best friend and I don't intend on cutting back my dosage...AT ALL. I was so excited today, because I thought I gained 4 pounds over night. I took a piss and that 4 pounds turned into 2 pounds and some change, so I'm still gaining no problem. My carb intake is still through the roof, but I didn't get ANY pumps in the gym today. Wasn't too happy about that one.

Anyone knows what coulda killed my pump? I had high reps and my water intake is at over 2 gallons a day. At 1st I didn't think I had gained any weight, because I didn't feel "heavy".

Also, I have come to the realization that I'm probably going to get my GYNO back trying to finish PP. This is fine with me. I've had to deal with it all my life, and I'm just lucky that Superdrol somehow made it go away. Iv'e got an arsenal of chemicals coming in to get rid of it when it does come back, becasue I know it's going to...I can feel it. If luck is on my side, I won't need any of those chems and Superdrol will take care of me once again.

Nothing is going to stop me from finishing this cycle...I'm gaining WAY too much weight to quit now...

BTW...I can't tell just yet, but I think this stuff is leaning me out a little bit...regardless of the amount that I'm eating. And I'm not eating squeeky clean either.

Can anyone see a problem with me taking policosanol while on cycle? I don't like running a whole lot of stuff while on cycle, but I was thinking of taking this to help with the cholesterol...BEFORE I start feeling the effects of that too.

Should be no problem. Dozens of people I have been talking to on another thread here, the "Supergeaser...SD thread" are/have used Policosonal while on cycle. I am pleased with it myself.

Taking poli is fine,I've done it myself and definantely take it if you are getting symptoms of high blooppressure. I saw all the supps you're taking but what all are you taking oncycle and pct? You have everything needed that's for sure nice stock pile.

Right now I'm taking Red rice yiest and Policosanol while on cycle. I was already doing it before I even asked, but I wanted to ask anyway. Last cycle I was taking milk thissle while on.

It's amazing how much food I need to consume now, even more than when I was taking SD. Not that I feel obligated to, I HAVE TO! When I miss a meal, it's like a car running out of gas...I cease to function. Not like in the past when I would just get some hunger pains and ignore them till I found time to eat. I'm eating 8 PB&J sandwhiches a day, and that is EASY. 2 between breakfast and lunch, 3 before I go to the gym, and 3 right before bed. MMM MMM...SO good too . I didn't bother adding the calories on that, but I don't really think it matters. no?

Every since I started eating all these PB&J's , I've stopping drinking all my protien shakes completely. Good? Bad? I dunno. But I'm still growing, and I have no desire to drink them at this point.
