Its the weirdest thing but since I have been eating Whole Wheat Pasta, no matter how much I eat at one sitting, I feel hungry right after. It some times upsets my stomach. Whats causing me to feel hungry after I eat the whole wheat pasta? I don't feel like this when I eat regular pasta?

the italian side of my family complain about this everytime we eat pasta so I'm curious too.
Also, does the hunger mean that the carbs are all gone?Step Fru
