    Way better for your wrists... that's about it. easier to grip.

    It's all I use for tricep extensions, done with curl bar.

    It is a great bar to have...............
    keeps your wrist in a great position when the bar goes behind your head
    It also keeps your elbows in.......concentrating the tricep muscles

    Also can be used for close grip bench work as well as bent over row work for your back!!!!!!!!!!!!
