I'd have to say 45 or so. Though that's just what I started at cause I had no clue what I was doing and it was rock bottom status.

the first time i maxed out on anything was in mid june of 2006.
Bench-135
Incline-115
Squat-215
Power Clean-155
i maxed again this past week
Bench-215
Incline-185
Squat-305
Power Clean-225
I'd like to add respectively 70 lbs, 40 lbs, MAYBE 100 lbs, goal of 80 but realistically 40 lbs to all of those by may

I think my first bench max was when I was about 12 years old...I benched about 80lbs. When I was 14-15yrs I benched 225 while I weighed 125. I quit lifting that summer for about 10 years. Why, because I'm stupid

first BP lift would have been 100 lbs when i weighed 125lbs, and just the other day i put up 235lbs weighing it at 175lbs
