Question Standing or Sitting Military Press?

Which of these exercises is more beneficial towards the shoulders? Standing allows more weight in my experience but thats because of added momentum I get from standing up. What do you guys think?

I do sitting. Standing hurts my back because you're relying on your spine for support.

standing to me is the most natural movement. I also like to do a couple push presses at the end of a set, so...

I found terrible problems with using my lower back and momentum to push the weight up when standing, even when I lowered the weight, so I switched to sitting and now do the press with much better form, plus I am handling the weight better now.
