Recovery from donating plasma ? vein healing etc ..

1.) How long does it take for the body to make blood plasma that was lost when donating ?

2.) how long to wait to workout after donating for veing puncture to fully heal and such ?

3.) What negative impact does giving away your plasma have on your body , muscles and bodybuilding in general ?

4.) What supps are affective in restoring plasma to their previous levels ?

    1) A few days assuming you remain fully hydrated

    2) For vein healing, wait 24 hours. If you are going to do an intense workout, make sure you are fully hydrated during those 24 hours.

    3) Dehydration, loss of plasma proteins. No major effects, just drink lots of water and you'll be fine.

    4) Electrolytes.

I gave up my life for a funky $100 :-(
yes I remain fully hydrated 24-7 gallon or more of water a day
you sure about the 24 hours only ? Cuts take much longer to fully heal I would imagine a wound INSIDE your body is equally in need of healing time .
Is gatorade the only electrolyte available really ?
