Is this a good diet for a 147 pounder?
9:30 am - Protein Shake - 50g protein
1:00 pm 4 chicken breasts. one bowl of edamame. large cup of rice. one glass milk, one glass juice, bowl mix of cabbage and carrots.
4:00pm - Protein bar
7:00pm - after workout - protein shake - 50g protein
9:00pm - dinner - exact same as lunch (chicken breasts sometimes substituted for fish/beef etc)
11:00pm - some yogurt, water. SLEEP!
I am an ecto and a very very hard gainer for muscle. Am I eating right or wrong?
Please critique.

Actually I forgot to mention - I eat a apple after every meal and at least 2 bananas every day. I definitely should up the veggies though.

Why dont you just eat what everyone else eat + your proteine shake around work out and maby some cottage cheese pre bed?
When i was your age, ive putted like 25 pound of muscle just by adding a protein shake after work out and taking double portion of meat where i could!
The trick if you just want to gain is to just add thing to what you normally eat, it alot easier.
