Interesting article. Would like to see what kind of caffeine intake the test subjects had. This is important because most pre-workout stims contain some sort of caffeine.5 years of working out and 50 more to go.

This article only says high doses affect creatine. The thing is, most caffeine supplements are 200mg a pill anyways, and they consider that to be a high dose.
