and about my diet now it consists many carbs in the carb loading
and thanks all of you again!
I am now eating 9 cups of rice per day with more carbs and protein
for example
but in the diet(cutting) I lower the carbs
and sometimes no fat at all too
my trainer gives me all the nutrition and workout schedule
I wouldnt make it without it
a tip for life
