I am working on increasing my strengthin the squat and I am finidng that my weak point is pushing out of the hole. For instance, when I am box squatting, I get stuck on the bench and need a little help getting going. Once I am up, I am fine, and getting down is easy. What recommendations might you have to help me out with that? Thanks

you are doing the box squats incorrectly if you need a little help to get going.
