This summer I have been eating 5-6 meals a day, and I wanna keep it up when I'm in college. I eat breakfast right before I leave the house and I eat as soon as I get back, which on an average day is about 8 hours. In that time I buy lunch once, but I can't afford to buy two dinners, and I'm not bringing food from home (tastes like ass).
So my solution was to mix some juice (for the carbs) with some protein as a meal replacement. I already bought some protein before (ON) and it really tasted like ass I couldn't stand it (still got like half a tub lying around).
The one that caught my attention was Whey Protein Isolate Ion-Exch because it says it wont taste like protein powder, but on the other hand is whey really the best choice for me? Would it be better if I got some longer-digesting kind?

If a guy is muscular but cant lift worth **** he is nuthing but a cosmetic pussy ,non functional muscle size =pointless silicon implants as far as i `m concerned
