leg routine is every ~5th day, depending on how i feel
random warm up sets
3 heavy sets of 4-6 reps, of deadlifts(for example 4x315), squats(4x275), power cleans(4x155)
3 sets of 12-15 reps on leg press as much as i can cause im pretty tired at this point. also do some sprints here and there
ever since i added cleans my lower back, and sometimes hamstrings are still tight and sore the next workout. its like my muscles are cramping and it is hard to go all the way down on squats
it also feels very awkward dropping the weight down on cleans, and i kinda suspect its stressing my back...any tips on how to do this?

search t-nation for some stretchin articles...
hot/cold showers, hot-tub action, etc.. will help...
make sure your diet is in check, and do some active recovery (i.e. ride a bike a day after leg day at 60-70% intensity (HR ~110-120) to get the blood flowin)
