I always get really smelly piss post workout. Is this normal after a hard workout? I'm guessing it's a lot of waste from killing my muscles for an hour. Just wondering if anyone else gets it too.

Also, contrary to popular belief, urinating on a jellyfish sting can makes things worse.Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

Is nothing to worry about. Is catabolism of your muscles, and as the amino acids are broken down in the liver it produces urea. As urea levels go up that will make your piss smell stronger.
This will be more so as the piss will be more concentrated as you will lose water during your workout making your urine more concentrated as water from the urine is reabsorbed, dont worry about it.
If you want less smell drink more water.
As long as the colour is normal, if any blood is seen then you do have problems.beepbeepimaJew

So i'm in Formentera (an island next to Ibiza) and me and my friend meet these two italian girls. I can't speak iitalian but he can and they can't speak engligh. But they were hot. So we go to this cliff diving spot, and everyhting is great until I use goggles to look under water and notice hmmm...2k jelly fish. So i bug out and get out. As she is getting out she gets stung on her arm. So i tell my friend in english to have the one girl piss on the other to cure the sting.
