Gaining Size

I have been working out for about 6 months and am still searching for a nwq work program that is good for gaining size i have read a lot of opinions and i take protein, cee, and Vaso. Just wondered if there was someone who was on the small size and had a lot of success with anything.
My newest program is the max ot and have just started but i know working out is more what works best for "you" so the more suggestions the better. Thanks.

Gaining size is gonna be determined more by your diet then your workout routine. If you follow any sorta decent workout(max-ot is a solid program) then you should gain size if you eat enough calories and if those calories are pretty clean.

stick to your training somewhere around the 6-8 rep range and when you lift try to stick to compounds movements to gain mass and in conjunction with your trainng you must eat more calories than you burn off to gain mass, but not too many calories above your maintanance just enough to gradually put on muscle weight, good luck with everything mate.

dies3l_dan is on a distinguished road. (+10)
like eatingmachine said, train with 6-8 reps, which I believe is the hypertrophy range which promotes the most muscle growth. Also try to get at least 1.5-2 grams of protein for each pound of body weight per day.

I agree with the eating but the rep range is 8-12. 6 reps is strength.
