I've had tuna for breakfast before. There are also some good recipes in the nutrition section for stuff like protein pancakes and such.

protein powder in oats and fruit/nuts is a great breakfast.
Also cottage cheese, yogurt, skim milk, ricotta cheese are all great mixed into oats or on fruit/cereal/wholegrains.
Also have you tried eggwhites....you can disguise them quite well by cooking them with a little sweetner and having with fruit. Or adding to your oats.
As the everyone says, you can have lean meat for breakfast. Steak, chicken, pork, ham etc. Ham and low fat cheese with mushrooms and tomatoes with wholegrain toast would be a yummy start to the day. Low fat cheddar cheese on toast or melted on top of grilled tomato....
There are so many options

I go in phases. One time, I went 6 days not wanting anything else but sliced avocado with a sprinkle of salt every morning at 8or 8:30 in the morning or I only wanted boiled eggs for lunch, and I always....repeat ALWAYS want fruit after sex (that one I can't figure out). I have weird cravings.....I've learned just to go with it. As long as it's not processed junk/crap....your body wants what it wants for a reason.
