Glutamine Capsules vs Powder
Basically i just want to get some opinions on whether there is a difference between taking either capsules or powder for glutamine. if i could get some feedback on results and which one would be better that'd be great. im leaning towards the capsules at the moment just on the basis of convience really.

powder is digested quicker, so in terms = better

I'd imagine pills are going to run you more money than powder, considering the effective dosage of glutamine.

Glutamine powder / caps is a waste of money, unless you are starving yourself.

i, too, think glutamine is a waste. it hasn't done a thing for me, and i didn't notice anything when i suddenly stopped taking 30 grams a day. that has to say something.

isnt the recomended dosage aobut 10-15g a day? anyways i'll still try it out i think, everyone has different opinions and none of us have the same body so it may work for some not for others
