Turning 18 in septembre, been working out for a little over 2 years, been slacking this summer, working like 40-60 hours a week, so its tought to get a good workout after a 12 hour shift. Anyways, im the heaviest i have ever been, probably gonna take like a month off or so before i get serious again, gonna try to get close to 260lbs for next summer.
A couple of stats and lifts.
Arms: 18" cold
bench: dumbells 130's for 12 and incline 125's for 8
Military press: Barbell 225 for 8 or 120's dumbells for 6 (3/4 reps)
curls: ALternate dumbell curl 70's
Everything else is pretty normal, well maybe not for a 17 year old but you know.
Let me know what you guys think

Man, if you stay consistent, you're going to be a monster by the time you turn 21.
Great job so far; also, very impressive numbers on your lifts.USMC: 1999-2003; 2009-Current

barbell shoulder press 4- 5 working sets
cable side raises 4-5 working sets
dumbell front raises
for the military press, best way is go all the way down, like touch your upper chest and go up about 3/4 way up, but dont lock out, keep the stress on the delts, and also get a wide enough grip, i have fairly long arms so i get a pretty wide grip to work the delts and not so much the tris

Nice traps aswell I don't work mine much but they seem to get big dunno why lol...
You had nice tips there for the military press you got any more for other exercises? I am struggling seriously bad on my bench press
