CHA diet Qs

Ive been reading the CHA diet and feel this is just the thing for me. My question is in regards to the 2 no fat protein veggie days. Do you feel that these days will kick one out of keto due to the carbs in the veggies.Also why does the diet only allow 3 cups of veggies a day on fat protein days? If this is due to the carb content coudnt I just consume spinach in the place of veggies like green beans and brocolli since its carb content is almost zero? What are your thoughts on walnut oil and grapeseed oil?

Maybe for some, maybe not for others. You should stay in mild ketosis regardless. If it does kick you out, big deal. You will be right back on when you wake up the next morning.

Carb content, yes. Regardless of veggie, we recommend 3 cups and under.

you wont need the veggies to stay full. I eat no veggies on p+f days @ all
