hello ive been working out for around half a year and i bench around 200 lbs my question is witch chest exercise really pumps the chests up becus my chest are more flat i want them big more pumped look. or this maybe has with genetics to do? cause my causin he has huge chest but he isent half as strong when it comes to bench pres... any one has suggestion on execises???
(im peruvian so the spelleng/gramatic will suck srry)

I agree with Dominik, dumbbell presses, and incline and decline presses, maybe hitting your chest at different angles would stimulate more growth.

Sorry pal, I don't believe you are a Peruvian Bodybuilder with a flat chest. Your post is to perfectly incorrect grammar and spelling wise so therefore I call shenanigans, even though it did make me laugh..
Bottom line I have spent a lot of years getting myself to the point that I am comfortable giving advice. In other words I have paid my dues and took my lumps and it bothers me when someone wants to play trick the chumps with the board..
