Are froze vegetables good? i know Fresh are way better, but since i dont have enough time to cook, frozen vegetables are a good choice? still have minerals and vitamins?

Fresh look & taste better, but frozen (esp. in large economy-size bags) is equivalent in nutrition.

I nearly always buy frozen fruit/vegetables. They are always cheaper and just as good if you defrost and cook/steam them.
