    cheat meal?

    what would be considered as a cheat meal? around 1500 calories in one sitting? pls i need decent reps tnx also wut if its like 150 grams of solid oatmeal? wutd that still be considered as a cheat?

    You shouldn't be counting calories for a cheat meal. Just eat till you're content. It won't make a difference unless you binge.

    If I eat 1500 calories pwo, and it's from oats, yogurt, milk, whey, egg whites, fruit, cottage cheese, chicken breast, tomato sauce and lima beans... HELL NO am I gonna call that a cheat (not all mixed together btw... yuck!)!

    Similarly, if I eat a cup light ice cream (240 calories), that's still a cheat. A fairly small, negligible cheat, but a cheat.

    It's about the food quality, not the calories, IMO.

    Stop 'cheating' and enjoy the bowl of ice cream, it keeps me sane and it will do the same for you.

    Only if I REAAALLY want it... usually I just don't. If I cheat to cheat and not to make me happy, that would make me LESS sane, actually, in my mind, don't you think? I mean, it's like "I don't really want this, but whatever, it's my 'cheat day'", which seems just plain abnormal to me.
    Yep, I've become accustomed to clean-ness.

    Although I DID buy some fat free frozen yogurt to have pwo whenever I want...

    If you ate 1500 in one sitting, especially being a female, I would laugh. That would be a cheat meal, I don't care what the macros are. heh

    go to the cheat thread and figure out for urself.. there is only some crazy things in there such as Dedicated for Life eating 40 Peanut Butter and Banana sandwiches..

    and a cheat meal is something unexpected or unordinary in ur diet.. if u have 150g of oatmeal dont consider that a cheat.. a cheat is usually labeled as some kind of dirty food that strays from ur diet and u use to keep sane.. such examples would be pizza, chips, pop, cookies, mexican food, cakes.. etc mostly processed, sugaried, or refined foods
