Question Is Body Fortress Muscle & Weight Gainer anygood?

Hey, im in the UK, and noticed that Holland and Barretts are selling Body Fortress Muscle & Weight Gainer and wondered if its any good? Ive not taken any supplements or anything before now. Im 19.

    The label says:

Body Fortress Muscle & Weight Gainer is formulated to work as hard as you do. It contains high quality milk and egg protein nutritionally balanced with 9 essential vitamins, 6 essential minerals, and 18 amino acids. The free and peptide bonded amino acids in this formula work synergistically with the branched chain aminos for maximum protein absorption and usage. Natural energy packed carbohydrates are also included in Body Fortress Muscle & Weight Gainer to provide great taste and to help recover quickly from your workouts. Available in Vanilla or Chocolate flavors!

Any help from people who have used it or could tell from the label would be really appreciated. Cheers.
