Just started ICF 5x5, been lifting on bro splits for like 8-9 months before.
Squat 130 lbs x 5 (did my first squats 2 weeks ago so its really low)
Deadlift 200 lbs x 5
OHP 70 lbs x 5
Bench 100 lbs x 5
Rows 90 lbs x 5
My bodyweight is 130 lbs.
