I'm looking for feedback from those who have done squats in the Powertec power rack. I've read several posts here that suggest the working space inside the Powertec power rack is too limited. I'm 6'2" and 280, so I need ample room inside the rack to squat. Anyone have any problems with not having enough room inside the rack to do squats?
I am also considering getting the lat attachement. Does the Powertec lat attachment interfere with squatting (i.e., does it sit far enough back that one's butt doesn't hit the lat attachment or leg hold downs when doing full squats)?

room in powertec
I purchased a Powertec Power Rack System. I'm 6' and weigh 210. I'm fine with doing squats inside the power rack. I put the pins though on the front of the rack instead of the rear, since mine has the cable attachment in the rear.
I have heard that some other racks have a little more room from reviews on this website.Kioti Hulk

I face away from the lat attachment.
I'm doing legs tonight, I'll try to get the wife to get a snap shot to show you what room I have inside the rack.
Not sure if you saw this, but on powertec's website they have a video on the rack of some guy doing exercises with it. The first one is Squats, however the guy using it looks like he is 5'10" and about 185, my best guess.Kioti Hulk
