I was looking through some older posts and I came across this BIG RED. he said that he had a 37" waist at 8% body fat while weighing 200lbs. Does that seem odd to anyone else? I looked at his pictures and there's no way he has a 37" waist. Must have been a typo.

Hey ive never really understood this...when you measure your waiste, is it the area around your navel, or is it the bone (your hips)?

but does that area ever shrink down? or are you born with a certain size waist? you know how some guys say they have naturally skinny or large waists...

Technically your waist is just on or above your navel (bellybutton). Just because the world decided to wear its pants down around its ass dosn't qualify around the hips as your waist
