Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, peanut butter, ham or turkey, fish or chicken or lean beef, spinach.
Weekends: egg whites and a couple of eggs, smoked salmon (I make a smoked salmon omelette for breakfast).
Most days: banana or apple, brocolli, walnuts, tomatos.

Are you guys serious about eggs? Never get sick of them? I'm getting to the point that I can't even stand the smell of cooked eggs anymore... I just ate way too many of them. Really the only way I eat eggs now is through homeade french toast thats it.

I eat Lindts 85% dark chocolate every day ... bars of it. Also english muffins with jams on it are great desserts with any meal. Eggs are always great too because of so many different ways to eat them, and things to add etc...
edit - and when I say chocolate I mean I usually clean the grocers out on every visit. Atleast 7 bars a week.

This post is making me damn hungry. My foods would have to include many of the above. Cottage cheese, egg white omlete with 1 egg, 1/2 cup of whites (maybe a sprinke of cheese every once and awhile) Tuna sandwiches I have almost every day but must be altered every so often to keep interest (use hellmanns once a week, grilled cheese tuna) Toasted PBJ
