JKurz's Quest to tag-up with DA BEAST
Long story short, I've had some issues over the past 5 years. Eating disorder, drug use, being an inconsiderate a-hole.....all under the bridge after 4 long months of rehab (BUT ONLY STOPPED TRAINING FOR ONE WEEK!!!)
Went from 200 to 225 in college, then from 225 to 150 after my 4 yr stint with hell....I'm fighting back daily! I'm sitting around 185 today....at 6'3...and prob. 12-13%....still see obliques, very verry faint abs, but mass is my goal!
I've adapting some principles from the "MAN" and yesterday and feel good....albeit I'm stronger, but still probably undereating and overtraining.....

Good luck on your journey. I've been sober for just over 3 years now and have been training the whole time. Went from 145 to the 190 I am now and competed twice this year under Derek's guidance.

My plan is to get to 200-225 however possible.then hire on with Da Beast and go at my first masters show...31 now...maybe 33-34.....plan?

I am soooooooo fuking sore.....its been 14 days w/o rest...but this routine is killlling me....do I need to eat more? I'm 184 today at 6 2 1/2...too light?

Yea, have AT LEAST one day per week with no working out at all (except for maybe some LOW INTENSITY cardio if you really want to)... You won't be sorry..
I do 4 days of lifting + low intensity cardio, 2 days of high intensity cardio, 1 day totally off per week... I feel that works well for me

why won't I grow..it's short, sweet, 45 min max tons of rest and sleep...and food...
I add 5lbs to the bar each session...so can't be getting weaker yet right? HRT helps...

Mde some changes last night cause the gym was packed and it turned out well!
Sore as **** and my delts are swollen.....but, deads and arms today, here was last week...........

What do I do? Go for 5 lbs to each movement??? 280, 120, 190, 155, 110,120,130?
