I was wondering, maybe it is because I eat wrong?
I don't use protein powder, coz i don't have money for it (here in Israel it is 6 times more expensive than here at bb.com)
Even though i'm trying to eat clean and every 3-4 hours.
One hour before workout at evening - I eat large bown of chicken or tuna salad, which consists of tuna/chicken , eggs, and lots of veggies. Maybe I need to drunk lot of coffee to feel more awake? Maybe because I eat large bowl of this salad - all energy goes to digestng? What do you say?
