I started taking consistent progress pictures ever seeing john stone's transformation.

i take them alot, sometimes i'll just shoot videos of my workouts, so i can look back and watch my form, or see how little i used (still do) to lift.

9-28-05.....200.8 13.6% workouts ok this week
10-7-05.....201.6 11.6% ?
11-2-05.....210 14%? gained fat, worked out less and ate worse
