My Workout Plan for chest and biceps

I workout on a 3 day split for 6 days
I do high intense cardio for 15 mins after workout and abs (giant sets)

I Rest 20-30 secs between sets sometimes more, but no more than 1 min

    Day 1:
    Chest:
    Pre-exhaust super-sets:
Flat flys/ Flat dumbells 5x12-15 (first set warm up)
    Pushups: 1xFailure
    Super-Sets: Incline flys/ Incline dumbbells 4x12-15
    Pushups: 1xFailure
Standing Cables 5x15-20 4 drop sets
    Pushups: 1xFailure
    BW Dips:3-4xFailure

    Biceps
Barbell Curl: 5x12-15 first set warm up, 2 sets increase weight and the rest drop sets
    Super Sets
    Preacher Curls/ Reverse Curl: 4x12-15
    Forearms
    Giant Set 3X20
    Hammer Curls
Wrist curl/ static hold till failure
Reverse Wrist curl/ static hold till failure

This workout usual takes me 1 hour-10mins without cardio or abs

Day 3 I switch the chest super-sets with flat bench, incline bench, flat cables flys and incline cable flys with same sets and reps execpt drop-sets

I like to do super sets drop sets forced reps and short rest to keep the intense high and make it like cardio
    I always workout till failure
Some times I use the method where I will do 20 reps and keep drop-setting till I reach 20 reps
I drop about 3-4 times per set
I use this speed workout because it lowered my bf% to the single digits.

Hige reps has given me good gains and when my body gets use to the stress I use 8-12 reps
I like to increase the weights in the first two sets and drop on the next two

I am thinking about doing high intense cardio, abs, and bw exercises in the morning and lifting afternoon when school begins
I am currently clean bulking and trying to keep bf in single digits

Any advice, things I should change, add, or remove such as decline or concentration curls or standing dumbell curls
    Thanks
