Vets, can these lead to the greatest fear of all...
Over training, hard diet, and lack of sleep contribute to lowering levels of testosterone?

none of us vets really have to worry about that. Cause we're almost always on cycle or cruising.
My thoughts, even though i never looked into this, would be yes it can lower it. Probably not substantially though. The extra stress from workingout so hard + harshness of dieting + No sleep to recover, is going to cause some problems. I would assume you're talking about being natural and having these problems

True but how about for those not cruising or on it? Sorry for not being specific.

Baixaria, just follow what his sig says; and go balls deep into a girl. I promise you might burn some cals, but you'll release all your stress and sleep like a baby

PG mos def....I have been been burning those nice cals but things still aren't all that great. I check endo and uro and from the BT I ran, they said everything is normal and the low test is a sign of over training and that just resting and replenishing your essential minerals (zinc, vita e, b's) will normalize the test levels. From peoples experience, is that statement realistic?

Your test levels jump up and down throughout the day. Just looking at a pretty girl will elevate a mans testosterone. Changes in your routine ( different job, break-up's, depression, big changes ) all effect your testosterone.
So to answer your question, it is yes, all of those play a vital role in natural testosterone production. I say natural testosterone because once synthetic testosterone is administered then your body stops production of natural testosterone, basically telling your body you have enough testosterone in your body.
What PG said is correct. When guys are on cycle, or cruising they don't have to worry about it effecting there testosterone level. Doing any one of those would effect your gain's but if someone is injecting synthetic testosterone than it would not effect the level of that testosterone.
