So... I just sort of got started
Hey guys I'm new to Bodybuilding.com and decided I really want to get serious about body building. An important factor in body building is nutrition that i know, but how should i get started?
I'm 5'6 157 lbs. and I train heavy 4-5 days a week for 1 hour - 1 1/2.
I don't eat white carbs, only brown rice, wheat bread, etc.
People say I'm strong for how small I look but really I don't take that as a compliment.
If anyone could help me get started or any tips really I would greatly appreciate it. If there's any more you guys need to know you can get in touch with me through bodyspace or on the forum. Much appreciated. Happy Lifting!
