    feeling bloated eating so much

Is this normal? I'm making a conscious effort to eat more clean calories and even though I'm nowhere close to 5-6 good meals a day, I'm feeling bloated, which makes me want to quit eating!!

Anyone else experience this going from not eating enough to eating right? Will it go away soon?

How many days have you been attempting to eat clean for?

Sometimes, increasing protein intake or fruit and veg intake can cause excess gas to but produced, but does that sound okay?

Either that, or you're eating too much at each meal.

    I'm the same way.

Just keep thinking that your stomach can only handle 3cups of food at a time... make sure those 3 cups are of clean, good foods and you'll be fine!

If you are eating more fiber foods that will pull more water into your system, some will be water weight and cause bloating.

Make sure you're eating ratio balanced meals ... to much protein can "plug you up" and too many non fibrous carbs can stick to your insides...

    Eat balanced...
