Are You Going To Cheat On Thanksgiving & Christmas?
I am not going to cheat. I am still new so I do not want to cheat. I have nothing be proud of to cheat for. I think I am going to cheat after every 10 pounds or so. What about you guys are you going all out on those 2 days?

if you eat clean from now until Christmas, a cheat will be well deserved

Well, if you're sure. I say go ahead, just in moderation! Have 1 small serving of the stuff you really like... you can skip stufff that you don't absolutely love. Don't have to go hog wild! Just enjoy it.

I'm on my mini cut...so no cheat. (may change my mind)

No reason to binge on all the food you can get your hands on. But whatever you do, at 18, eat what you want and enjoy time with your family. If you wanna keep it to clean options and normal portions, that is fine. I would advise against making a seperate meal and/or not eating w/ your family.

it's 2 out of 365 days. Just don;t go "Buck Wild" on the food and you should be fine.

oh hell yes. especially with basketball in season and 2 hours of practice + lifting + 2-3 games a week, i don't even hesitate to cheat if a good chance arises, and thanksgiving is definitely one of those chances.

even if you did go crazy.........its not like once or twice a year is gana kill you.
some people might even argue that it benefits because it shows your body the difference between a good diet and a bad one.

or how about the fact that its a special occasion and its not often these days we get to sit with out families and eat whatever we want? Our metabolisms are so fast from working out all the time i seriously doubt we'll digest all that food and store it as fat. Come on people really you aren't going stop thinking about macros and calories for two days? What's wrong with you guys?

I'm not going to eat until I am stuffed but I AM going to eat whatever looks good....the discomfort of over eating is just too much for me.

Some of you make me sick...
To me Thanksgiving & Christmas is being with the family (usually big get togethers). It also means a BREAK from everything, where you have nothing to worry about. If I was making food on top of all the HARD work that everyone has put into making a Thanksgiving dinner, or a Christmas dinner then I would be disrespectful. I wouldn't do it anyway because it's not going to hurt me, nor will it hurt you to eat some food for once. Not everything that is going to be prepared is horrible. Veggies, meat, salads, etc. If you're that worried about it just work your ass off the next day.

Oh god am I excited for these two excuses to eat whatever and drink whatever until I feel guilty or sick or an insulin spike knocks me asleep. I have been dieting since July (very slowly of course) and cannot wait to get down...I'm probably gonna count calories though and make sure I get in a solid cardio weekend, lol. My two favorite eating disorders, binge eating and exercise bulemia.

I plan on eating foods I enjoy and having a good time. I'm just not going to go totally crazy and eat until I have to lay down on the couch and do nothing but rub my stomach Unless there is alot of foods I like than who knows maybe I will be on that couch lol. I may take 1 day off a month from eating clean on a normal bases so it doesn't bother me to enjoy myself with friends/ family on these 2 days out of the year.

we only really do a family bbq for dinner and so i'll be eating salad, bbq meats, lots of seafood. none of which is particularly bad (meat might be fatty but meh). I will then have a bit of dessert cos i like pavlova. nothing huge this year as i have too many parties and things to be at that i dont want to all puffed up like a freak

i have 3, count them 3, thanksgiving "dinners" to go to this year. i'm going to cheat but as stated above i'm not going to binge in any way, shape, or form.
i also decided that despite my love for pumpkin pie, i can only have a small slice. last year i think i ate a whole pie over the course of 4-5 days. then i joined a gym... haha
but seriously, enjoy yourself. it's crazy not to.
