how to get "back in the game"

recently ive been getting screwed over from school with massive amounts of work and projects. for the past 2 months ive been lifting about once a week which is extremely bad and ive actually LOST weight. ive been getting so tired lately too, sleeping at about 12 p.m. everyday average. Now im trying to get back in to lifting so is there anything that i should do thats different than normal or should i just do the same thing as a did before. also since i havent worked out much in 2 months will i get noob gains again like i did when i first started?

Yeah u wont gain as much as u did when u first started, but your muscles wont be nearly as weak as u think they are. It takes more than 2 months to lose strength.
