I'm looking for the most effective weight gainer. Obviously want something that taste good and hopefully mixes well. I don't however want something with creatine or sucralose in it.
Thanks

The Universal Real Gains has sucralose which i don't want
The Pro-Lab looks pretty good
anybody else have any other suggestions or thoughts bout the Pro-Lab N-Large II?
Thanks

If you want to use a weight gainer instead of whey protein I don't see an issue. Just make sure that you are monitoring your progress because that could end up being a lot of excess calories.

If 1/2 cup of maltodextrin is considered low sugar then I missed the memo.
Edit- 2-4 tbsp of peanut butter is going to be 16-32 g of fat. How is that considered low fat?HALEO Lead Forum Representative
