A 400 calorie shake, awesome. Okay it's not that much but eh.
"There's a lot of 5'11 200-225 lbs guys with 10-12% body fat on the Internet. In reality, their "10-12%" body fat is more like 15% body fat or more. Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting. Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think. They are awesome for shakes.
Diet is at least 80% of the game and no workout routine will compensate for a crap diet. T

♠ FORGED IRON TRAINING ♠
What I like to do for shakes (you also must count this in your daily calorie intake or you'll easily eff your diet up)
- 8 oz. of skim milk or 1%
- 1-2 scoops of Whey (I like ON Vanilla or Banana Creme)
- add some frozen strawberries, blueberries and half of a banana
- half a cup (those individual packs) of low fat or fat free vanilla yogurt
- some ice cubes
Blend all the ingredients and you have yourself a good protein shake. Similar to jamba juice or where ever juice bar you go to. It has some sweet, slight tart taste to it.

^^^ this is the s**t! I do the same. Bananna cream whey. Some strawberries/blueberries, 8oz water some ice and half packet of sugar free vanilla pudding or bananna. My o my its like hittin up orange julius at the mall.
You start with an intention, but you must constantly remind yourself to keep applying enough focus to achieve that outcome. Follow through. When you've given enough attention to the matter, you"ll have the result...

Ugh lol, it seems like you guys are turning PROTEIN shakes into carbohydrate shakes =/ Of course the stuff you guys are posting tastes great, the more calories in anything the better testing it will be more often than not.

Eh, you put a full banana in milk and a scoop of protein powder you have
38g carb
36g protein
(variable fat)
It's still better than the crap you'd get at a smoothie joint.

Exactly its not a every day whey shake its the oh its my day off and want a smoothie treat. Keeps you in your deficit and crushes that craving
