well just train hard and heavy. They will grow but dont expect too much. everyones arms grow when they start but then the growth starts to slow down alot and they become immune to the weight, which is why you have to shock your arms alot more than other parts to get them to grow.
Bench - 115 kg
squat - 150 kg
deadlift - 210 kg
clean- 110 kg
Body weight - 95kg

I went from 12 1/3 - 13" to just 15" in 2 and a half years. It really depends on how well your muscles respond to training, diet, etc. And how well your training and diet is overall. Genetically, some people's arms grow like crazy, where as others it takes more effort and time. I had about a year off from training though so I lost some growth and then gained it back. Mine take a lot of training to really stimulate growth, where as my back grows like crazy. Like I said everyone is different, and each bodypart is different.
