    Question Endo/Meso Trying To take In 2500 calories a day

    Hi everyone, I am a 205 lb. 5'11 endo/meso powerlifter trying to gain muscle and strength. I am clean bulking taking in 2500 calories, my problem is that I really have trouble taking in enough calories per meal and getting enough calories total. Can anyone help me make a good clean bulk diet. Thanks for any and all help

    sorry, but you arent going to gain sh*t on 2500 calories at 205. If you have trouble getting cals in, work more fats into your diet and learn to force feed yourself.

    i weigh a little more than you, and i cut on that amount of calories, now start chuggin on those shakes dammit! :P

    na seriously, check out online calories requirement calcualtors and get a better idea of how much you need, i wud say it wud b at least 3000-3500 calories

    do u have any links id like to check that out myself, ive only found online ones for cutting none for maintence or bulking
