Protien and Nausea????

I just started (a week ago) a new protien diet, I am aiming for atleast 100g a day (I weigh about 132). Been eating mostly low fat high protien foods Tuna, Egg Whites, Cottage cheese, Chicken etc etc etc. I try to get most my protien in foods rather than bar and shakes though I atleast have one a day. Anyways I cant seem to get the food down anymore. Im not a picky eater taste never bothered me to much. But im feeling pretty naucious??????
Been working out harder also Lifting more weights and more cardio, Do you think my body is just temporarily shocked????? Also how much protien is to much? I have lost about 4 pounds in the last 7 days and am not aiming to loose weight but would like to loose body fat. I guess its a teetering process??????

How many calories? Have you dropped your carbs? Carbs do hold water so it could be some water weight. A probiotic will help with digestion. And 'lose' has only one 'o'.

do not think it is a shock. I know some shakes can cause that, but not excess protein. What other foods are you eating, it might be a combination, or the amount of protein that you taking all at once.

Personally I try to spread mine out in 5-6 meals, totaling from 120-150 grams a day.
