    The D in claritin is psuedoephedrine, which isn't really good for working out. I would like to explain further, but you can read about it somewheres.

    I knew something like that wasnt good for energy, unfortunatly my mom just picked up on this stuff and didnt want to get my usual allegra which i liked alot more and never really had any problems with.

    i do have to say this is a great product, i like it almost alittle more then thunder right now. I really want my bench to go up, i'm sick of being stuck at weight. i'd really like to go on a controlled lab stack in the future.

    I've been busy and tired as hell, after doing back i felt like taking a nap. With AP classes, band and working about 20hrs a week its starting to get the best of me but i'm training as much as i can without it totally effecting my performance on the field, with lifting my horn just about every day thats a good shoulder workout. Still also dealing with allergys. I am however almost done with green bulge and i have to say i'm quite happy with the product. Very good pumps and streght gains, almost better then thunder IMO. Also squats were alittle iffy today due to my back locking up on my way down otherwise my form and reps would have been better at 315lbs. But i will try later in the week.

    well that conculdes my Green Buldge log, my size is noticly bigger and strenght is much better (still wish for better bench tho) over a great creatine product for the money and i feel its abit better then Thunder but its still another great product. my final weigh in is at about 195lbs

    yes i did gain about 3lbs, probalby would have been more without contantly loseing water weight on the weekends from marching, usually lost about 2lbs every time if not more

    Congrats... and nice lifts man !

    Are you doing DB + BB bench on chest day ? My bench sucks, and a huge mistake I made was neglecting DB bench (flat / incline).

    thanks PU12, yeah normally i would be doing barbell incline, decline and flat bench, sometimes i would do D-bell incline bench when i was working out over the summer at the Y. now at school we dont really have a decline but my ususal routine would be flat bench with barbell but then Dbell incline, i thinking of just using a D-bell bench routine for a month or so to see how it goes. i have one of the highest squat weights for my size in the school (right behind my 290lbs best friend who squats almost 600lbs for a max) just wish my bench was in that area.

    but thanks for the support and remember i'm always open for testing any more controlled labs products

    Contrary to popular belief, pec deck flyes have proven very beneficial to my chest development in terms of both size and strength, and especially strength. It looks like you and pu12 are concerned more with strength, so I would recommend those.

    I have good bench for my size but it is also probably due to my shoulder stength. I can do my own weight for reps on military press after my flat and incline presses. That may explain why my chest is lagging behind my shoulders a bit, so if you feel you have the same 'problem,' you could start your chest workout with DB flyes. What I have done in the past is 3 sets of incline DB flyes, 3 sets of incline DB press, and 3 sets of flat BB press. The way you feel your chest on those last three sets is unbelievable. But if your shoulders don't dominate as much as mine do, I would recommend 3 sets of pec deck flyes at the end of your routine, six to twelve reps each where you lower the weight as you increase the reps.
