Help me out loosing weight here

Okay Ive been doing a three day split for about 2 months. I started at 215 lbs but now im down to 205, which is great but I wanna get down to 195. Anyways I dont really have a strict diet but I try to keep my calories down below 1200 a day. However I have these FAT binges where I just go eat out with my family or hit up a fast food place. Is it okay to just have a cheat day I guess you could call it. What are some tips you guys can give me to keep loosing weight.

I go to school and its very hard to keep a steady diet. I usually buy a Tuna Sandwich and a apple for lunch tho. But thats gettin old because Ive been doing it for like 2 weeks straight=(

    1200 cals?
that's waaaaaay too little for your size man
you need at least 1500 cals and at your size you'll need even more
it's not all about cutting calories
you gotta have a plan, you doing any cardio?
bring your own lunch guy, get some chicken breast, oatmeal, yogurt
something low in gi and do have a cheat day once a week but in moderation

You don't have a strict diet but your cals are below 1200??? Why don't you post your daily diet and these guys can help. The reason you probably are so exhausted is that you aren't eating enough.

Breakfast = none. I have to get up at like 7 am and dont have the time to make anything.

Lunch= Tuna Sandwich, apple, bannana, water.

2pm snack= Hotpocket or something quick like that.

    Dinner= Chicken/rice.

Thats about it I dont eat fast food that much except for when i binge. Throughout the day I am always snacking on fruits and stuff.

Preparation is key which means having the right types of food around the house, bringing food with you, having a decently healthy alternative if you have to eat out, etc. Get some protein shakes for between meals, snack on veggies.
Now go away or I shall taunt you a second time.

Wow man, 1200 calories.. That's pretty low. Try 12 x your LBM. IE If you're 205 at 12% BF, your LBM = 180.

The following is my opinion and what I've used to lose BF, other members may not agree and should post what they think will work also.

You should eat at least 2160 calories broken up into 6 small meals a day.

At least 180 grams protien a day - 30 per meal
At least 163 grams carbs a day - 27 per meal
At least 72 grams GOOD (olive oil, udos oil, flax oil, etc) fat a day - 12 per meal

DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!! .66x bodyweight = 135 ounces. This is a rough estimate. But drink lots o water!!

Cardio sessions 3 days a week in the morning. 20 - 45 minutes at 75% max heartrate.

    Train 3 days a week.

I can always help you out more, this is just a broad overview to get you started on the right path.

    Good Luck

    I'm no expert either......

......but have you tried the Keto Diet? I would suggest you make a quick shake before going to work. It only takes a minute. I have one before I go to PT at 0500.

Bottom line is this: I know your schedule is busy but if you want to lose the weight, you gotta make time for yourself.
Matthew 10:39 - He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it.

Mark 11:22 - So Jesus answered and said to them, "Have faith in God.

Luke 6:32 - But if you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them.

John 14:6 - Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

Bro,your diet is seriously lacking in a LOT of aspects. You should be taking in at least a gram of protein per pound of weight and eat some thing EVERY 3 hours.Tuna, grilled chicken(cold with BBQ is pretty good) and whey protein shake after lifting with a banana.A rule of thumb for a cutting diet is to take in no less than 10 to 12 calories per pound of bodyweight you weigh. At 10 cals you'd take in 2050 a day.As you continue to lose, say when you hit 190 take in 1900 cals a dayetc. When you've lost enough b/f then bnump your cals up so you can gain more muscle.

Forget cardio,if you're loading trucks at ups that's good enough.

You should bump you lifting up to 5 day per week and break it up like leg day, arms&abs day, chest day, back day and shoulder day.

I'd supplement with creatine, multivitamin, glutamine and flax seed oil twice a day.The flax is an essential fatty acid that will help you burn fat and raise testosterone levels,it has a slew of benefits.
