Awesome man you look jacked!
Threads like this and people like you motivate me, even though I'm only 135lbs I do have a deal of muscle and a very low bf % I started 9 months ago at about 117-120lbs so i gained a pretty good deal, although i felt like quitting a couple times, but this just keeps me going.
Great job.

Great progress!
This guy is my training partner we packed 15lbs of muscle on his body in the past 11 months (no drugs either) When I meet him he was just eating a diet of pepsi and check mix---LOL and even at that time I just could not believe the amount of solid muscle he had on his body. I knew that with the right calorie, protien, carb and fats in his diet that this guy is going to grow like a weed, and he is. If he keeps it up he will be 210# of solid muscle by this time next year! And talk about strong this guy is unreal just to give you an idea of his power and its not just limited to the weight room, He lifts cars like they are toys, snaps chains with his hands, bends solid steel bars with his hands, and can tear thick phone books like they were magizines!

So tell us about your diet? I'm sturggling with mine b/c or work, once school starts again I'll be able to time meals better. Right now my typcial day is this... (I eat like this for 5 days out of the week then the weekends kill me and I barely get 4 meals in, but I'm making progress slowly but surely)
10:30 - 3 whole eggs, 1 whole wheat english muffin
1:30 - Chicken wrap with hot sauce, blue cheese, lettuce, and tomato
4:30 - Chicken wrap with hot sauce, blue cheese, lettuce, and tomato
6:30 - GYM
8:00 - Protein Shake (45g protein), Creatine Drink (35g carbs), Whole Wheat Pasta (30+ more carbs), Cup of Gatorade (12g carbs)
10:00 - Chicken Breast and Whole Wheat Pasta or Brown Rice or Baked Beans
12:00 - Protein Shake and Almonds
2:00 - Chicken Breast and Whole Wheat Pasta or Brown Rice or Baked Beans
 - over the last 6 months

Say NJ,
I have to disagree with you. It looks like you have the above average genetic makeup to obtain a physic like that. Yes, it is true diet is a key but the base of any results is all tied to genetics.

My diet
My diet is really nothing special. 50 percent protien, 40 percent carbs and 10 percent fats. I try to eat every 3 to 4 hours when Im awake and always have a meal right after I train. The suppliment I started taking a year ago was N-Large 2. I work nights so I always take a shake or 2 with me to work along with a meal Im going to continue to eat and not worry about being ripped to see how big I can get and look symetrical.

I train with Turbo Dave and he trains heavy and intense. We do back and triceps the first day. chest and biceps the second day then legs and shoulders the 3rd day Then we take a day off. We do our abs usually about 2 times a week and for cardio we work on my farm and ride mountian bikes. Heres a pic of Turbo Dave
