It pisses me off so much . My right arm is bigger than my left arm and stronger too. I switched to dumbbells but wieghts that i can do 6 reps with my right arm i can only do 2-3 reps with my left (its mostly my bi's).But the worst thing is that it seems that my right arm seems to get more pump and is more sore the next day.
I have the same problem as you. I started using a lot more DB and I always start with my left. Whatever reps I get in with that one I make sure to stop with the right even if I can keep going. The left has gotten a little stronger/bigger, hopefully it will even out over time.
Well your dominant hand will always be stronger than your non-dominant. But to even them out, keep the same weight on the right, do lower weight that you can do 8-10 reps with your left until your lefts caught up, then do even weight and keep increasing.
i got the same problem except my left arm is starting to catch up because, naturally people dont realize it but when they do something on alternate dumbell exercises, they naturally do the first rep with their stronger arm, which is in your case your right, try doing your first rep with your left arm, it seems to help and just work harder on your left

YEAHHH BUDDY THATS LIGHT WEIGHT, ANYBODY CAN LIFT THAT!
this can happen, the thing is it will usually even out over time but what i thought of doing is maybe switchh to using dumbells for your biceps training and you could also make the 1 of the dumbells slightly heavier for the lagging arm.
