I hit the legs hard today and also did lower abs and some forearms later on and ate 2,019 calories today...squated 425 earlier for reps and also repped it out for warmups 20 reps and at the end of the 8 or 9 sets we did with 225 for 15...also did lkeg presses 6 or 7 sets with some forced reps at 550 and forced negatives at 550, and 450 and 350 and did a strip set also...i'm 5'10 165lbs...contest oct 1st..should i have eaten more??

Ate at 9:35 and still hungry dammit..how many calories do you eat on leg day???
