    I agree with Club 100%, supplements are just that...they supplement your diet for the things its not getting. so if your nutrition sucks its going to do you no good to buy tons of extra stuff because at the end of the day your body still will not be at 100%

    sorry guys after reading the post i should of said supplements like the NO2 and things that are suppost to stimulate different functions in the body or add to your performance...

    Yes things like greens +, fish oil, Flax oil, and dietary items are great supplements to add to your nutritional plans...

    I don't think that extra supplements are worth the money. I just stick to a good diet, whey protein supplements, and maybe MRP's. Maybe amino acid supplements would help recovery, like BCAAs and Glutamine, and Creatine in the off season.
